Grilled Pizza Anyone?

On Friday, July 26th, the Mind, Body, Me (MBM) wellness program hosted our 3rd Annual Grillin and Chillin event!

We had over 45 MBM Members come out to sample Heather Vanca’s grilled pizza! Heather is our Wellness Program Manager from eni, and she hosts this event every year to show our members how healthy, quick, and fun recipes on the grill can be. This year we served pizza on the grill; members had a choice of pizza featuring grilled vegetables and mozzarella, or pesto, prosciutto, and grilled nectarines. We also featured a garden salad and quinoa tabouli as healthy side dishes.
