Faculty, staff and students should be able to connect to the wireless (wi-fi) network in all academic and administrative buildings. To make problem reporting as easy as possible, we created an online wireless problem form for the Helpdesk.
Please be as specific as possible when reporting issues so that we have the information we need for troubleshooting. ITS continues to work on fixing the wi-fi issues in the academic and administrative buildings.
In some cases, the problem may not be with the network but with the computer or personal device. If your wi-fi connection doesn't work at all, you can bring personal devices to the FixIT shop located in Friends 110. The technicians can do a free 5 minute check-up and help you figure out if there are other issues interfering with wi-fi. The FixIT shop serves faculty, staff and students and their personal devices. For college devices, please stop by the Helpdesk in Job Hall for assistance.
