The holiday season is often a time when most of us forget about eating healthy and indulge in all the holiday treats like cookies, casseroles and cakes! But remember, sticking to your healthy eating and exercise routine through the busy schedules and holiday feasts is an ideal way to look and feel better once the holidays pass.

If you are looking for a little boost after the holiday season, think about joining the Mind, Body, Me wellness program on campus. The Mind, Body, Me Wellness Team will be hosting an Open House on December 11, 2013 to give all benefit-eligible faculty and staff a chance to learn more about the unique wellness program.

MIND, BODY, ME OPEN HOUSE
December 11, 2013
11:00am – 1:30pm

At the open house, you’ll also have a chance to meet our wellness partners, enter into raffles, interact with current Mind, Body, Me members, and enjoy our healthy snacks!
