The Office of International Programs announced in Intercom on January 17 the deadlines for 2014-15 proposals for international travel with students led by faculty or staff. I urge you to review and adhere to those deadlines for submission as they are important to the thorough review of proposals by a number of offices. Proposals that are submitted after the deadline for Winter, Spring Break, or Summer experiences and proposals that are incomplete will no longer be able to move forward in the review process.

This semester, the Office of International Programs will once again offer a series of workshops on the proposal process for faculty and staff who wish to lead short-term travel experiences involving students. Please review the Procedures for Developing and Implementing Short-term Study and Educational Travel Abroad at Ithaca College, found on the OIP website, for discussion during the workshop and reserve Thursday, February 27 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on your calendar. More information will be forthcoming in Intercom. Thank you.
