The Ithaca College Mind, Body, Me wellness program focuses on you: the employee. It gets you involved by helping you identify and move toward your personal health and wellness goals and encourages celebration of your success. Mind, Body, Me promotes a culture of wellness at IC, and in doing so, supports a healthier you!

One facility available to MBM members is the Robert R. Colbert Wellness Clinic, located in the Center of Health Sciences. Registration fees are waived for MBM members who choose to join the Clinic and there are a number of benefits available, including:

  • Fitness Evaluations
  • Nutritional Education
  • Graded Exercise Testing (GXT)
  • Fitness Prescriptions and Counseling
  • Supervised Group Exercise Sessions

Check out their website for a complete explanation of the benefits of becoming a Wellness Clinic Member! There is also a large variety of equipment available for members to use and with a staff member always supervising, you are sure to learn some new exercises!
