The fixIT Shop will temporarily be unable to accept Apple products for hardware repairs starting today, April 8th through Sunday, April 20th at 12:00 pm. Software services such as Data Backup and Data Recovery will still be available during this time. Please visit our website for details on hours, services, and rates at www.ithaca.edu/its/help/fixit. The fixIT Shop will resume normal Apple product repairs on Sunday, April 20th.

If you need immediate Apple hardware service, you can visit the nearest Apple retail location here www.apple.com/retail/syracuse.

In addition, products covered under AppleCare are eligible for direct mail in service. You can check if your product is eligible for mail in service by entering your serial number here https://getsupport.apple.com/ProductSelector.action.
