August Work Life Line: Creative Solutions for Exercise at Work

If you work behind a desk, you are well aware of the difficulties that it brings to your body. Desk work can often lead to back and neck pain as well as heart disease, and staring at a computer screen for long periods of time could result in eye strain and headaches. 

Whether you sit at a desk all day long or want to be more comfortable when working on a computer at home, follow these tips to help reduce the effects on your body:
