The Work/Life Esteemed Staff Series (brought to you by the Office of Human Resources) presents:
At this Work/Life Esteemed Staff Series workshop, Sean Reilley, Program Coordinator at the Fitness Center, will lead an informative and interactive presentation on a variety of ways to achieve maximum health benefits in a minimal amount of time. Scheduling a full hour each day dedicated specifically to exercise can be a daunting task, especially when balanced with other work, family, and life commitments – so join us for this workshop to learn how to incorporate exercise and health into your everyday routine!
