As of Tuesday, June 24, 2014, our new online employment system, Taleo, is live and accepting applications!
If you are currently involved in a search, you can access this site directly at https://ithaca.taleo.net/, and login with your Netpass username and %IC + the last 6 digits of your College ID as the initial password. Please note that this site is currently only being used for viewing new applications. To access any applications that were submitted in the old system, please log into PeopleAdmin at https://pa049a.peopleadmin.com/hr/ to view them. Please contact either Kirra Franzese or Michelle Hammond when you are ready to move forward in your search process. Please also continue to use PeopleAdmin for the creation of any new recruitment requests, and to route for approval. Once they are approved, we will move them over to Taleo for posting and receiving applications. We will send out further communication with updates as we progress to using Taleo for the entire process.
Below is the schedule for drop-in training sessions, held in the PC Training Room (Peggy Ryan Williams Center, GL 054):

Tuesday, July 8, 2014, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday, July 9, 2014, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 10, 2014, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday, July 11, 2014, 10:00 a.m. – Noon
You do not need to RSVP for these sessions. Our staff will be available to show you the system and answer questions during these times.
