Information Technology Services is hiring for a Helpdesk Consultant for the fall 2014.

  • Self-motivated to continuously expand their knowledge
  • Strong foundation in computer technology is beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:
Offer telephone, e-mail and walk-in support for all aspects of campus technology including hardware, software, telephones, networking and user accounts. Provide a variety of other services to faculty, staff and students.
