A documentary produced by Chris Cucci '08, Chris Burt '08, Sarah Woodhouse '08, and Krystal Maughn '08 -- titled Busking the Big Apple -- won for best documentary at the 2008 OSTN NBS (Open Student Television Network; National Broadcast Society) International Media Fest held in Cleveland, Ohio.

The film was produced as part of associate professor Peter Johanns' Video Workshop course in spring 2008, and was aired as part of ICTV's 24-hour broadcast marathon in April 2008.

Busking the Big Apple was also recognized as a national finalist for best documentary at this year’s Collegiate Broadcasters Inc. Student Production Awards.
