Due to the Thanksgiving break, timecards for the pay period November 5 through November 18, must be submitted, and approved, by noon on Friday, November 16 for payment on Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Timecards approved after noon on Friday will be paid in the next payroll on Friday, December 7.
It is the employee’s responsibility to make sure that his/her timecard is approved. You can view your timecard status under “Recent Timecards” in Parnassus. Any timecard that does not have the status of “Approved” will not be processed.
If you are scheduled to work on November 17th and/or November 18th, please call the Payroll Office at (607) 274-3874 or (607) 274-3133 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for information on how to complete your timecard for the pay period ending November 18.
