What Can You Accomplish in 42 Days?

The sign up for FIT in 42 (The Fall 2013 IC A Healthy Me Challenge) has been extended to September 11th!

This Fall, IC A Healthy Me Challenge presents FIT IN 42, a six week (42 day) challenge focusing on cardiovascular exercise and resistance training for staff and faculty.

Teams of four will compete against each other to determine who is the Ultimate Bomber Squad! Over these weeks, groups will work individually and as a team to complete the maximum amount of cardio and resistance training as possible.

For more information about FIT IN 42 or to sign up please click here. Individuals without a team are encouraged to sign up. These individuals will be placed accordingly to complete or form teams. 

An informational meeting for this challenge will be held on September 12 from 12:15pm - 12:45pm in Clark Lounge. All Team Captains and Individuals without a team are strongly encouraged to attend.
