ICBC Dual Program

Contributed by Kevin Walker on 09/17/2013

Ever heard of metta meditation? Got questions related to Hinduism or Buddhism?

Today! Wednesday September 18th, the Ithaca College Buddhist Community (ICBC) will be holding a dual program from 6-7:30 pm.

From 6-6:50 pm we will teach basic awareness of breathing meditation as well as introducing metta (loving-kindness) meditation in the main sanctuary of Muller Chapel. It is free and open to all who are interested. Meditators of all experience levels are welcomed.

Then from 7-7:30 pm we will move to the Phillips Room of Muller Chapel for a Q&A program on the topic "the relationship between Hinduism and Buddhism." Questions can relate to the historical or doctrinal aspects of either or both faiths. This is also free and open to anyone who is interested.

Hope to see you in the chapel!
