Did you know that exercise actually lessens the breakdown of brain matter and increases the size of the hippocampus?

  • Those who exercise on a regular basis have better motor coordination compared with people with a sedentary lifestyle. 
  • Physical activity is one of the most effective ways to manage stress.
  • Studies show that exercise is the best way to improve academic performance other than studying.
