The Campus Center & Event Services Office is hiring an "25Live Scheduling Assistant"
The 25Live Scheduling Assistant is responsible for assisting the Scheduling Coordinator in the Office of Campus Center and Event Services. This work includes: Entering data into the 25Live database; processing reservation requests and providing user and scheduler support electronically, in-person and via telephone; calling and emailing customers; verifying room data by surveying location, photographing rooms, and documenting changes; and other jobs as assigned by the Scheduling Coordinator.
The 25Live Scheduling Assistant is expected to dress appropriately for a professional office environment and must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude toward customer service, and a high level of commitment.
The 25Live Scheduling Assistant requirements are as follows:
· GPA of 2.5 or higher
· High level of computer proficiency
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Availability to work through Senior Week and Commencement, and to attend mandatory fall training (dates flexible)
· Preferred: Prior experience in scheduling events, data entry, using web-based reservation programs
