On Monday, January 20 & Saturday, January 25, the Ithaca College Community will celebrate national Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.
In continuing with our campus tradition, students can honor Dr. King’s message of community involvement by volunteering on Saturday, January 25. The MLK Day of Service places students at more than 10 different local community organizations, where students perform a variety of different volunteer projects. The day begins with breakfast in Emerson Suites at 8:30am, after which students spend the day volunteering in the community. Lunch and transportation are provided, and all volunteers will receive a commemorative MLK Celebration t-shirt. To sign up for the event, go here.
