The Ithaca College Mind, Body, Me wellness program focuses on you: the employee. It gets you involved by helping you identify and move toward your personal health and wellness goals and encourages celebration of your success. Mind, Body, Me promotes a culture of wellness at IC, and in doing so, supports a healthier you!

At IC, wellness is multi-faceted. We believe that a successful worksite wellness program should address every aspect of our most important component - YOU! To do so, we have integrated our wellness program with our Work/Life benefit administrator, eni, as well as on-campus resources to provide cutting edge tools and resources to help you create a personalized wellness plan.

Our Recruitment Packet will provide you with details about the Mind, Body, Me wellness program, as well as outline the free features such as:

  • Personal Training at the Fitness Center
  • Health Coaching through eni
  • Wellness Clinic Membership
  • Faculty/Staff only Group Exercise Classes at the Fitness Center
  • On-Campus Chair Massages from The Massage Station
  • Monthly Workshops and Lunch-and-Learns
  • Annual Health Screenings and Assessments
  • Incentive Prizes and Much More!
