Did you know meditation can be used as a tool to increase the ability to concentrate?
Every Wednesday from 5-6 pm in Muller Chapel the Ithaca College Buddhist Community hosts extra meditation time. So if you have some time, come and practice concentration meditation! These weekly meditation periods are free of charge and open to all. Meditators of all levels are welcome.
