Come to Food Lab at Terrace Dining Hall on April 22nd at 2:30PM!

Students will learn about the "farm to fork" local food process and why is it a more sustainable alternative to traditional, mass-produced and "factory farmed" meat. Guest speaker, Dan Purdy, from local vendor, Purdy and Sons, will present about how produce the sustainable, ethical and high quality products they offer Ithaca College Dining Services. Dining Services’ Executive Chef, JJ Molina, will demonstrate how porchetta is made and those in attendance will enjoy a delicious snack!
Can't make it to the event? No problem! Dan Purdy will be at Food Lab during lunch to answer any questions that you have!
