Please join us for a meeting in which women faculty will share & discuss issues and options for career and leadership progression in the Academy.  Whether you are thinking about these issues now or not, this is a session designed to plant seeds for your future success no matter what your path.  We plan to hear from women in different academic career stages and share with each other some of the key questions, issues, obstacles, and opportunities that we face at IC. We will talk about academic career trajectories, networking opportunities, and leadership options.
