Know how to do meditation on the breath? Want to try something a little different?

The Ithaca College Buddhist Community holds a weekly meditation period from 5-6 pm on Wednesdays in Muller Chapel. This Wednesday, 4/9, we will increase the range of mindfulness of breathing by attempting a body scanning technique. This meditation period is free and open to all who are interested. Meditators of all levels are welcomed.
