Mind, Body, Me would like to invite all members of Flights 5 & 6 to our Flight Festival on May 14, 2014. The Flight Festival is a celebration of you and your success throughout your first year of Mind, Body, Me! This is also a great chance for you to start planning your second year and learn about new tools and resources that have been added to the wellness program!

The festival will be held in Klingenstein Lounge on May 14, 2014 from 8:30am – 10:30am. The agenda includes a healthy breakfast, fun activities, and a celebration for those who have achieved an incentive level! We ask that you RSVP for this event by May 1, 2014.

Any questions or comments you have regarding the Mind, Body, Me wellness program or this event may be directed to mindbodyme@ithaca.edu or 274-8000. We appreciate your time and look forward to continuing your wellness adventure with you!

***Does this look like a fun event that you would like to attend? The Flight Festival is a celebration for members who have completed one year of their wellness program.  If you would like to join Mind, Body, Me or have questions regarding the program, please contact mindbodyme@ithaca.edu or 274-8000. We also have a Mind, Body, Me Open House coming up on June 18, 2014 where you will have a chance to meet our partners, learn all you can about the program, and sign up for our next flight***
