Though Adam will be sorely missed at the Helpdesk, he’s highly deserving of his promotion and new opportunity. He’s worked hard during his time at IC, both at the Helpdesk and in earning his MBA. The ITS Helpdesk has been fortunate to have him for the last 6 years, and our only consolation is that ITS will continue to have the benefit of his skills, talents and sense of humor in his new Project Manager role in our department.

Adam is a real asset to Ithaca College. He so deserves this promotion. Now ITS has a VERY big pair of shoes to fill at the Help Desk!
