I think we are all supportive and understand the need for there to be parking for prospective students and their families. Certainly the construction of new buildings is wonderful and a great addition to the college. However, to have no parking spaces for faculty left in front of Muller Faculty Center is extremely inconvenient, especially for part-time staff. This means that in order to get on and off campus for a brief appointment or to go to their office to pick up materials, a part-time staff person will have to spent a minimum of an hour in transit by having to park in a perimeter lot, walk to their destination and then return to their car.

If no spots can be left or reserved for the people who teach or support the students, I would like to suggest that these prospective student parking spots at least be available to faculty and staff after 4:30 p.m. weekdays and all day on weekends.
