The old Oracle Calendar system, replaced by Microsoft Outlook in January of this year, will be permanently turned off on the afternoon of Friday, May 31. The server will be shut down in preparation for the power outage on June 1, and will not be turned back on.

Special optical scanning procedures and schedules are in place for the processing of final exams during finals week.

Final exams will be processed Tuesday through Friday, May 7th – 10th and Monday, May 13th with a twenty-four hour turnaround time. Special procedures are in place after hours between 5pm-8pm Tuesday–Friday and again 5pm-8pm Monday. Regular optical scanning processing will resume on Tuesday, May 14, 2013. Please see last week’s Intercom article detailing the new Optical Scanning finals week procedures. If you have questions about the optical scanning process, please visit our website or contact the ITS Help Desk at 274-1000, between 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday.
