All catering, audio visual, and room set-up orders must be received by the Office of Conference and Event Services at least three weeks prior to the event date. Any request received after that time will not be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel the event if all details are not finalized by that time.

AGREEMENT
By submitting this form, you and/or your organization(s) are stating that the above is valid information provided and agree to assume responsibility for ensuring the event will adhere to Ithaca College policies and procedures (See Student Handbook or the Student Organization Guidebook), as well as local, state, and federal laws. Violations of the above will be dealt with through the campus judicial system and/or may result in the loss of your organization's registration status and/or privileges.

You and/or your organization agree to return the facility to its orginal condition and understand that if the facility is not returned to its originall condition an additional fee may be incurred.
