Food is delivered fresh every morning between 3 and 4 a.m. Tropical fruit, such as plantains, breadfruit and mangos, are delivered in mass. The kitchen staff is at work all day preparing the fruit. However, the majority is prepared before 6 a.m. for the normal morning rush.
