Laptop users must login to the wired network before using the workstations; this allows the local network profile to be created. This is the same process that currently happens for technology renewal.

If you forget to login to the new Active Directory network and you take the laptop off campus, you won't be able to use it. There's nothing we can do to help you; you just need to bring the computer into campus and plug it into the new Active Directory network.
