There are over 70 full time staff members and 110 student staff working in Information Technology Services. Our mission is to develop and sustain IT services and infrastructure and provide outstanding service to faculty, staff and students at Ithaca College. The student staff in ITS often act as the "Face of ITS" and the first interaction one may have of ITS as an organization. therefore, excellent customer service is a requirement of all positions within ITS.
