Since early April, we have been experiencing issues with sending emails. The most frequent symptoms include 1) it seems to take a long time to send an email, a long time equaling several seconds instead of immediately and/or 2) password failed/password retry messages. Last week we put out a notice in Intercom about NOT upgrading your browsers. Why would we do that? Isn't it always better to upgrade and stay current? Aren't we always telling you to patch your systems?
