Every May we have the privilege of congratulating our seniors and sending them off into the world. ITS usually has between 20-30 seniors graduating every year; and, the Helpdesk usually graduates 3 or 4 every May. Since early April, we have been experiencing issues with sending emails. The most frequent symptoms include 1) it seems to take a long time to send an email, a long time equaling several seconds instead of immediately and/or 2) password failed/password retry messages.
