System Alerts

The Helpdesk is a central communication point for computing and network system alerts. Stay informed through the:

System Status Line: A telephone menu option of the Helpdesk. If you suspect a system or network problem, call 4-1000 and choose option #1.

Helpdesk-Alert Mailing List: A moderated mailing list used to notify members of planned computer system or network outages, as well as unplanned problems of a serious or long-term nature.

ITS System Notices on the Web: A section of the ITS homepage where maintenance and downtime notices are posted.
