The SCRC provides technical support for the School of Business Laptop Program. The School of Business encourages all incoming freshman and transfer students to purchase a laptop equipped with Microsoft Office.   • IC wireless network connection assistance
  • Installation of anti-virus software
  • Authorized warranty repair center for Apple computers
  • Loaner laptops provided (if available) if your laptop is in for servicing

Items You Need To Request Repair

  • Ithaca College Student ID
  • Operating System Disks: May be required for your repair
  • Warranty Information: Apple warranty repairs can be performed on campus
  • A/C Adapter: We can't rely on battery power
