English Essays with Audio Interview

To be a writer is to be published. Hugh Eugan, Professor in the Department of English, posts the writings of his students to an online journal that he maintains. In addition to publishing his students’ essays, Hugh was seeking an alternative medium to further explore each author’s inspirations.

Our solution was to give each author a voice. ISS provided Hugh with a digital audio recorder and microphone. Hugh was then able to perform a radio style one-on-one interview with each author. This audio interview is now indexed on the bio page for each featured writer.
