After Hours Support

The Help Desk does not monitor email after hours nor do we offer 24/7 staff support or system monitoring. We recognize, however, that Blackboard is crucial to many members of the Ithaca College community who rely on the service for instruction beyond normal working hours.

To report a serious after-hours emergency or a Blackboard system outage, please call the Help Desk at 607-274-1000 and follow the automated instructions. An ITS Director will be paged and will contact you for more information to determine the appropriate course of action.
