A meeting disappeared, what happened?

You may not see a meeting for a number of reasons. If you use multiple devices, you may have accepted the invitation on one device and then deleted the email from another device. Outlook reflects your latest response. The best idea is to always use the same response for a meeting if you are using multiple devices.  It is also possible that you declined or deleted the request previously.  If you decline/delete a request, you will need to contact the meeting organizer to have them resend the invitation.
