The easiest way to get around Los Angeles is by car. Even though many students have gone through the program without one, it is very much to your advantage to have access to one.

Another option is the public transportation system, which is growing with the addition of a metro. The following pages detail many options for transportation traveling to and around Los Angeles.

Los Angeles is a huge cosmopolitan center and due to its size, getting around can be a challenge. A great resource is the Thomas Guide, which contains detailed maps of the area. The guide is available at the Ithaca College Bookstore, and many popular national and online retailers.
