Join the LPE/SIE Relay for Life Team!
Sigma Iota Epsilon and Lambda Pi Eta have come together to make one rockin' honor society team to support efforts in the fight against cancer. By joining our team or making a donation, you will be a part of Relay For LifeĈ to celebrate survivors, remember the people we've lost to cancer, and fight back against this disease. We hope you'll all join us (we will coordinate carpooling) on March 29th!!

Mock Convention
The second annual convention will be held in late April and is modeled after the National Communication Association Convention the Lambda Pi Eta leadership team attended in November 2006. The purpose is to engage in academic discourse around communications studies. This is a forum for academic work to be showcased and evaluated by a panel. Interested?! Please check back for more details!
PAST EVENTS
Bell Ringing for Salvation Army
Right before finals in the fall 2007 semester, Lambda members braved the cold and came
together to help the Salvation Army ring bells for their Red Kettle
Christmas Campaign, which enables the Army to provide food, toys and
clothing to over 6 million people during the Christmas season and helps
more than 34 million Americans recovering from all kinds of personal
disasters nationwide.
NCA Convention
In November 2006 Lambda Pi Eta leadership team members traveled to San Antonio, TX in November 2006 for the 92nd annual National Communication Association convention. This was an opportunity to attend panels showcasing current research in the communications industry, engage with scholars, and interact with the leadership teams of other Lambda Pi Eta chapters. We will be sharing what we learned at the convention through hosting a mock convention! Please see the "Mock Convention" section for more details.
