Mission Statement
The Division of Legal Affairs serves the campus community and the Board of Trustees as a collaborative resource, providing governance support and legal opinions in the development, interpretation, and application of College policies, practices, and procedures.
We utilize proactive strategies to minimize risks, to comply with federal, state, and local laws, to effectively respond to legal issues, and to implement best practices in policy development and governance.
