Ithaca College Affiliate Registration Form

Members of the following groups may apply for an IC Affiliate library card:

  • Alumni
  • Spouses and qualified domestic partners of employees

Visiting lecturers/scholars, accompanists and any other temporary employees who are not given a college ID card may apply for an IC Affiliate library card with photo ID and proof of affiliation through their sponsoring department or the Office of Graduate and Professional Studies.

Note: Due to licensing and copyright restrictions, IC Affiliates do not have access to licensed library databases, Interlibrary Loan or Circulation Reserves. Alumni and Ithaca College Affiliate borrowers should request interlibrary loan items through their public library.

Please read the Library Circulation Policy for Affiliate Borrowers prior to filling out this form.

You may pick up your Affiliate Borrower's card at the Library during open hours. Please bring a photo ID with you for verification. *Note: requests made at the Library may take between 5 - 15 minutes to process due to technology delays.
