Fine Appeal Form
All patrons receive a date due receipt at the time of check out. It is the patron's responsibility to keep the receipt in a safe place; loosing a date due receipt is not cause for waiving late fines. As a courtesy, faculty, administrators, staff and students will be sent a reminder e-mail to their Ithaca College account one week prior to the due date containing a list of books and scores charged to their account. This information can also be reviewed at anytime via the patron option in the library catalog.
