Q: I need to place items on electronic/audio reserve--how do I request this service?
- For electronic reserves, submit a Reserve Request Form
- For audio reserves, submit a Digital Audio Request Form
Note: Access to licensed resources requires authentication. If using IC resources, you will be prompted to enter your IC user name and password.
Q: I need to place a book on reserve that is not in the Library collection--what should I do?
- Contact your Library Liaison
Q: I have a journal article I want to put on reserve. What should I do?
- If you have a PDF of the article, you may email it to reserve@ithaca.edu.
- If you have a paper copy of the article you may fax or mail it to us.
- If you only have a citation, contact your Library Liaison.
Q: I need access to materials in the Library--how do I request them?
- Print articles and circulating books/scores may be requested through the Campus Delivery option.
- Print articles will be delivered electronically via your IC email address.
- Circulating books/scores from the collection will be mailed via UPS. Please be sure to provide a mailing address, and not a P.O. box, on the request form.
Q: I need to show a video/dvd in my class--how do I request this material?
- Submit your request using the Multimedia Scheduling Request Form
Q: I have a question that doesn't appear here. Whom shall I ask?
