Online Course Reserves

  • For online reserves, you will need the username and password provided by your instructor. Step-by-step instructions.
  • Password doesn't work?
    • Try typing the password in all lower case letters
    • Check with your professor to ensure you have the correct user name and password
    • If off campus, type in your email user name (do not use "@ithaca.edu") and password. Then try the user name and password supplied by your professor.
  • Only one page displays, or blank pages? Install latest version of Adobe Acrobat from ITS. If you're using a Mac, try viewing on a PC.
