- For online reserves, you will need the username and password provided by your instructor. Step-by-step instructions.
- Password doesn't work?
- Try typing the password in all lower case letters
- Check with your professor to ensure you have the correct user name and password
- If off campus, type in your email user name (do not use "@ithaca.edu") and password. Then try the user name and password supplied by your professor.
- Only one page displays, or blank pages? Install latest version of Adobe Acrobat from ITS. If you're using a Mac, try viewing on a PC.
- Still having problems? Email reserve@ithaca.edu.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
- Unable to log in? Make sure you are using your email user name (don't include "@ithaca.edu") & password
- Unable to view the article? Install latest version of Adobe Acrobat from ITS. If you're using a Mac, try viewing on a PC.
