Timeline for the Self-Study

  • Establish design for self-study and organize various task forces necessary to support this work by early summer 2006
  • Carry out collection of data during Fall 2006 semester
  • Compile task force’s data and narratives during Spring 2007 semester
  • Write first draft of self study by early summer 2007
  • Facilitate campus-wide discussions of draft early in Fall 2007
    • October 1: Draft document posted; campus feedback invited
    • October 26: Deadline for campus feedback on draft document
  • Submit redraft of self-study to visiting team chair by early October 2007, prior to the chair’s preliminary visit
  • Complete final draft and submit to Middle States on January 22
  • Make final preparations for visit of Middle States Team from January 22 - February 22
  • Middle States team visits Ithaca College March 2-5
