Practice Room Sign-out Practice room sign out takes place during the second week of classes in the fall semester. This will be an online signup process, you will be emailed instructions. Piano majors are entitled to three hours of reserved time per day in a grad piano room, and have first priority in claiming unreserved hours in grand rooms during the first ten minutes of each hour. Non-pianists are eligible for two or three hours of reserved time per day in upright piano rooms. Hours above an beyond these amounts depend on the number or requests received each semester. Practice rooms are reserved by the hour. If a reserved room is not occupied by ten minutes past the hour, it then becomes a free room. An individual may practice in that room even if someone else's materials have been left in the room. Practice rooms are not reserved on Saturdays or Sundays.
Rehearsal and coaching space is available for chamber ensembles. To sign out these spaces, use the online form, or contact Mr. Kibelsbeck, room 3328 (in the main office).
