One couple getting married in October, November or December 2015 will be chosen to receive live music performed by Ithaca College music students at their wedding for free. The selected couple will list their favorite songs/pieces they’d like to hear, and the student performers will learn the music over the course of the semester. Students will be able to perform up to two hours of music, which could potentially include the ceremony, cocktail hour and/or reception. The genres of music can be flexible, but students are quite adept at performing classical, jazz, and varieties of popular music.
The course's final exam will, very literally, be the wedding itself.
Interested couples with a confirmed date & location should complete form below as soon as possible. We may contact you to request additional information if needed. Student date/time availability will impact which couple is chosen. Couples from any religious faith or sexual/gender orientation are welcome and encouraged to apply.
What do these fantastic Ithaca College students sound like?
