FROM THE NORTH
1. Take I-87 South.
2. Take Exit 15 (Route 50).
3. Turn right onto Route 50.
4. Go 1.2 miles.
5. At the fourth stop light, turn right onto East Avenue.
6. Drive up the hill to the first stop sign.
7. At the stop sign turn right onto Broadway.
8. Go about 200 yards until you see the Skidmore College sign on your
left.
9. Turn left to enter the college.
10. At the end of the driveway turn left at the big map of the college
11. After turning left the Filene Music building is the first building
on your right.
12. Park in the lot on your left, directly across from the Filene
Music Building.
FROM THE SOUTH
1. Take I-87 North.
2. After passing through Albany, stay on I-87 for another 35 minutes
or so.
3. Take Exit 15 (Route 50).
4. Turn left onto Route 50.
5. See directions from the north, step 4.
FROM THE EAST
1. Take the Mass Pike (I-90) West.
2. Take Exit B-1 to stay on I-90 (pay toll).
3. As you approach Albany on I-90, take Route 787 North (immediately
after crossing the Hudson River).
4. Stay on Route 787 North for about 15 minutes.
5. Take Exit 9 to get onto Route 7 West.
6. Stay on Route 7 West for about 5 minutes.
7. Take the Exit for I-87 North (to Saratoga Springs).
8. See directions from the south, step 1.
FROM THE WEST
1. Take I-90 East.
2. Take Exit 28 toward Route 30A (to Johnstown).
3. Turn left onto Riverside Drive for about half a mile (follow signs
to Route 30A).
4. Turn right onto South Bridge Street (Route 30A) and go about
another half mile.
5. Turn right onto Broadway (still Route 30A).
6. Stay on Route 30A North for about 5 miles.
7. Turn right onto Route 29 East.
8. Stay on Route 29 for about 30 miles. (When you enter Saratoga
Springs, Route 29 is called Washington Street.)
9. In Saratoga Springs, turn left onto Broadway.
10. Stay on Broadway for about 1 mile (do not bear right onto Route
50).
11. As you reach the edge of town, look for the Skidmore College sign
on your left.
12. See directions from the north, step 9.

BY BUS
Greyhound has service to 153 S. Broadway in Saratoga Springs. From the
bus station take Saratoga Taxi: 518-584-2700.
BY TRAIN
Amtrak has a once-a day service stopping at Saratoga Springs (from the
train station take Saratoga Taxi: 518-584-2700). There is more
frequent service to Albany -Rensselaer, from which you would need to
take a cab (probably around $50) or rent a car and follow driving
directions from the east, step 4.
BY AIR
Albany International Airport
From the airport, either rent a car (Hertz, Avis, Budget, National
Alamo) and follow driving directions from the south, or take Capital
land Taxi ($49): 518-583-3131.
