• Make checks payable in U.S. dollars to MTSNYS.
• All preregistrations must be postmarked by 8 March 2006.
• Presenters at the conference must be society members.

You may use PayPal to register for the conference. Please disregard the item "Shipping, handling, and tax may be added upon checkout."
If you are attending the banquet and/or ordering a box lunch, please send an e-mail to bgivan@skidmore.edu indictating whether you prefer chicken, fish, or vegetarian for the banquet; chicken salad, turkey croissant, or vegetarian sandwich for the box lunch.
