Nicholas DiEugenio, School of Music, is starting an exciting new series at the Carriage House Cafe on select Wednesdays at 7pm. The first performance will take place Wednesday, April 25, 7 pm and feature Brahms Sonatas for Violin and Piano.
Each event will feature three Ithaca-area charities, and patrons may choose one of those three to support with the cost of their ticket. Ticket prices are: $20 adult, $10 student and senior, and are children free.
This FRIDAY APRIL 13, Ithacappella, Premium Blend, and IC VoiceStream will be releasing their take on Lady Gaga's popular hit, "Born This Way." The track will be available on iTunes starting at midnight.
ALL proceeds from the track will be donated to the Born This Way Foundation and the Ali Forney Center, two organizations dedicated to empower and help struggling LGBTQ youth.
On Monday April 16 at 8:15pm in Ithaca College’s Hockett Recital Hall, trumpeter Frank Gabriel Campos and string bassist Nicholas Walker will be joined by Diane Birr, piano, Harold Reynolds, trombone, and Gregory Evans, percussion, in a colorful concert that mixes skilled classical performance with the freedom and spontaneity of jazz.
